The journal is open access, which means that all articles are freely available to read, download, and share.<\/p>\n<p>Topics<\/p>\n<p>The journal welcomes submissions on a wide range of topics, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artificial intelligence: Machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, robotics, and other AI techniques<\/li>\n<li>Quantum computing: Quantum algorithms, quantum machine learning, quantum information science, and other quantum computing topics<\/li>\n<li>Computer science: Theory of computation, algorithms, data structures, operating systems, programming languages, and other computer science topics<\/li>\n<li>Data science: Data mining, machine learning, statistics, and other data science topics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Submissions<\/p>\n<p>Papers should be original and unpublished. They should be submitted in PDF format through the journal website. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The submission deadline is May 31, 2025<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Reviewing<\/p>\n<p>Papers will be reviewed by a panel of experts.
